- Year To Year Tenancy:
- A periodic leasehold tenancy in which rent is collected from year to year. Do not confuse with Estate For Years.
- Yield:
- The return on an investment (the profit) stated as a percentage of the amount invested.
- Zone:
- An area set off by proper authorities for specific use, subject to certain restrictions or restraints.
- Zoning:
- An exercise of police power by government to regulate & control the character and use of property.
- Zoning Ordinance:
- The written description of allowable uses and regulations that apply to land in a specific zone.
